We all want an inclusive society where everyone, including disabled people and those needing extra assistance, can participate equally. But for that to be a reality, there also needs to be equal access for all and a better understanding of the particular requirements that apply to disabled people. That's what we're about.

It's certainly what Michael Parsons is about. Michael, Director of Inclusive Access & Training Services, established the company after spending many years working all around the UK delivering training in access, disability and visual awareness. Disabled himself, he could see so much more scope for training, that with a few simple steps, he could help businesses better meet the needs of disabled people.

When it comes down to it, it's all about awareness and training! Training is enabling and empowering. It enables service providers to recognise who their customers are and be better equipped to meet their needs. And ultimately, it creates an end product of a customer focussed business that will empower disabled individuals to participate in an inclusive society.

Businesses have a big incentive to incorporate accessibility. The Equality and Human Rights Commission have estimated that there are almost 11 million disabled people in the UK, with an estimated spending power of £56 billion.

Our company is about helping you to understand the requirements of these people and from there, tailor your business to better meet their needs. And we're looking forward to working with you to do just that.
