Michael Parsons will usually be your first point of contact at Inclusive Access & Training Services (I.A.T.S) when it comes to consultancy, training or explaining the services we offer.

The UK disability movement strongly recommends that all Disability and Visual Awareness Training is delivered by disabled people. People like Michael, a Guide Dog user. He is a Trustee of a charity meeting the needs of blind and partially sighted people in his local community.

Michael has over fifteen years of experience UK-wide in delivering training in access, disability and visual awareness and is also a frequent speaker at a large number of design and built environment conferences.

He's worked alongside countless 'key' organisations and a number of government departments in this field. For example, the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), the RNIB and other
major charities.
